1. Our 30-Day Guarantee
If Pyour Synergii isn't right for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your first order.
Our guarantee applies to your first purchase of Pyour Synergii, whether purchased as a one-time order or through a subscription.
You are welcome to open and try the product. If any product is left, please return the remaining product in its original pouch. If the pouch is empty, you do not need to return it. Our customer support team will provide you with return instructions.
2. How to Request a Refund
Contact our customer support team at info@pyour.com within 30 days of receiving your first order.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The email address used for your purchase
We may ask about your experience with Pyour Synergii. Your feedback helps us improve, but you are not required to give a reason for requesting a refund.
Our team will confirm your request and send you the return instructions.
3. Refunds
We will refund the purchase price you paid for your first Pyour Synergii pouch.
Refunds are processed once we have received your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4 weeks of receiving your returned items.
Original shipping costs and any additional delivery charges are not refunded under this voluntary guarantee, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Welcome Kit and Promotional Gifts
If your first order included a complimentary Pyour Welcome Kit, the items in the kit must also be returned to qualify for a refund:
- The tin storage container
- The stainless steel scoop
- The glass bottle
The original Welcome Kit gift box does not need to be returned.
Returned items should be complete and in reasonable condition. Missing or
damaged items may result in a reduced refund or in your request being declined under this guarantee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Eligibility and Limitations
To keep our guarantee fair and accessible to everyone, the following conditions apply:
- The guarantee is valid for first-time Pyour Synergii customers only.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the first order.
- The guarantee covers one pouch of Pyour Synergii, even if multiple pouches are purchased.
- Subsequent subscription deliveries, repeat purchases and additional products are not covered by this voluntary guarantee.

- Missing or damaged items may result in a reduced refund or in your request being declined under this guarantee.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive claims and to reject claims that do not meet these conditions, subject to applicable consumer law.
6. Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to one opened item only. Any additional items must be returned unopened and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
For example: If you purchase three pouches, you must request your refund within 30 days of delivery. You may receive a refund for one pouch, even if opened, provided it is returned. The remaining two pouches must be returned unopened to qualify for a full refund.
The money-back guarantee is limited to one claim per product, per customer. If we reasonably suspect misuse or abuse of the policy, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
7. Subscription Orders
If you purchased Pyour Synergii through a subscription, our 30-day guarantee applies only to your first delivered order.
Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription through your Pyour account, or ask our customer support team to cancel it for you.
Please cancel your subscription before your next order is processed if you do not wish to receive further deliveries.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is an additional, voluntary benefit. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights, which remain fully applicable regardless of the conditions of this guarantee.
Right of withdrawal. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom and bought online, you generally have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If you cancel under this right, we refund your payment, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have shown proof that you returned it.
Please note that, for health and hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products once the seal has been broken. This is where our guarantee goes further: under our 30-day guarantee you may open and try Pyour Synergii and still get your money back.
Faulty or incorrect products. If your product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you are entitled to remedies under applicable law. Please contact us and we will make it right.
